A very good year for merlot enabling early harvest
with nice acidity and flavour
Vinification
The grapes are brought to the winery for pressing.
Gentle pressing is used, followed by fermentation
in concrete tanks. The wine is made using organic
methods, with complete fermentation (no residual
sugar).
Tasting notes
Easy to drink as an aperitif with some interesting
nectarine flavours and a hint of vanilla. Will pair
nicely with seafood or Asian cuisine
